In no event shall our total liability to you for all damages exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or one hundred dollars ($100) if you have not made any payments to us.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms or our services shall first be resolved through good faith negotiations. If negotiations fail, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of Bangladesh.
You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.
For paid services, you agree to pay all applicable fees as described at the time of purchase. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect existing subscriptions until renewal.
